How to create an account and log in to the Client Area

If you have ordered from us

When you order, an account is created for you with the email address you gave. Look in your inbox (and spam folder) for our message. If you cannot find it, use Forgot password on the login page: How to reset your Client Area password.

Log in

1. Open the Client Area using the Client Area link at the top of our website or in the footer.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click Login.

Create a new account

1. On the login page choose Sign up (or place an order from our hosting page, which creates one for you).
2. Fill in your details. You must be 18 or older and use accurate information.
3. Accept the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy and submit.
