How invoices, billing cycles and renewals work
Invoices
- Invoices are created ahead of each due date and sent to your account email. They are also available in the Client Area.
- Hosting and email plans are billed per cycle, which is monthly unless you chose another cycle when you ordered.
- Domains are billed for each registration period, normally once a year.
- Once-off setup fees are added to your first invoice.
- Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Any tax that applies is shown on the invoice.
Renewals
Services renew for the same period by way of a renewal invoice until you cancel. A renewal invoice does not lock you in: if you do not want to continue, cancel before the due date. See How to cancel a service.
Price changes
We give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price change takes effect, and the new price applies from your next billing cycle.
Questions about an invoice?
Tell us within 14 days of the invoice date, giving the invoice number and what looks wrong. Pay any part that is not in dispute by the due date. The full rules are in section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.
