How to order a new service or renew an existing one

Order something new

1. Log in to the Client Area and choose Order.
2. Pick the product, such as a hosting plan, an email plan or a domain.
3. Choose your billing period and enter your domain name when asked.
4. Review the total, accept the policies and place the order. An invoice is created; once it is paid we set the service up. Hosting and domains are normally active within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

Renew a service or domain

1. Open Services (or Domains) and select the service.
2. Choose Renew. A renewal invoice is created.
3. Pay the invoice. Renewal invoices are also sent to you automatically before the due date.
