How to update your contact details
We send your invoices, renewal reminders, overdue notices and service messages to the email address on your account. If it is out of date you can miss them, and your services may be suspended without you knowing.
Update your details yourself
In the Client Area, open your Profile and change your name, email, phone number or address. Click Save.
Or ask us
Contact support from your current email address and tell us what to change. We may ask a security question first.
Note
If you changed your email address because someone else had access to your old one, tell us so we can secure your account. See What to do if your website or email is hacked.
Domain contact details
The owner (registrant) details of your domain are separate from your account details. If they need to change, contact us. Some changes need extra checks.
