How to log in to cPanel
cPanel is the control panel for your hosting. This is where you create email accounts, upload your website, manage databases and more. Your cPanel username and password were sent to you in your welcome email when your hosting was activated.
Option 1: the AfterWave login page
- Go to the AfterWave Client Login page (also reachable from the Login button at the top of our website).
- Enter your cPanel username and password.
- Click Sign in. You are taken to your cPanel.
Option 2: directly through your domain
Type your domain followed by /cpanel, for example yourdomain.co.za/cpanel, and sign in with the same details. This only works once your domain points to your hosting.

Your cPanel login is different from your Client Area login (used for invoices and orders). See What is the Client Area?
Forgotten password?
Contact support from the email address on your account and we will help you reset it. Never send your password in a message. For tips on picking a new one, see How to create a strong password.
