How to create an email account in cPanel
Your hosting or email plan includes a set number of mailboxes. You can create them yourself in cPanel.
- Log in to cPanel. See How to log in to cPanel.
- Under Email, click Email Accounts.
- Click Create.
- Choose your domain, type the name for the mailbox (for example
info) and set a strong password. The Generate button creates one for you. - Set the mailbox size (storage) if you want to limit it, then click Create.

Your new address is ready straight away. Add it to your devices using Email server settings, or read it in webmail. The number of mailboxes depends on your plan; if you reach the limit you can upgrade your plan.
